Healthy Aging
Omega-3s (EPA and DHA) essential fatty acids from fish and omega-6s (GLA) from borage oil to support healthy skin, hair, joint flexibility, and normal fat metabolism. In particular DHA is an essential nutrient for proper brain, nervous system and visual function and must be obtained through the diet. Other healthy aging products include antioxidants, and resveratrol that is currently being studied for longevity. Also, certain daily multivitamins and minrals without iron may be relevant.
